Password issues

And unfortunately my social media email is different to the one I am using

Ya I'm not sure why that would be. email me directly your current email address and then email address you want to use.

I am a new member and having a lot of issues logging in, I have reset my password several times and I can login on the computer that I signed up on but if I try another device such as my password is saying password is incorrect. NEED HELP! 

I've asked a few times in various places but what happens when you use https://requestsongs.co/my-account/ ? Do things work there as you'd expect?
